There was a great little house I wanted to buy in Maitland. My Conveyancer suggested I get Mal Wright to do the pre-purchase inspections as he was very thorough. I checked out his website and booked it online as it was late at night by the time I’d gotten around to looking at it after work. The next day his office phoned me to confirm and let me know their next availability. It was few days away, but if he wasn’t busy I’d probably be wondering why. They went ahead and arranged to go to the house with the Real Estate agent. My reports were very good – outlining all the defects as well as giving suggestions on what needed to be done to fix the problem. He was indeed very thorough as my Conveyancer said. I was very happy with everything and wouldn’t hesitate to pass on Mal’s details.
