After my house build had been finished in Ashtonfield I noticed a few things that just didn’t seem quite right. I phoned Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections to have them do a Defects report for me as my house was still under the Builder’s warranty. Mal came out and did the inspection and listened to my concerns and took photos of the areas I was worried about. He also picked up on a few other things too. I was then able to use his reports to go back to my builder and have things amended. Very happy that I had this done and the outcome has been a positive one for me.
