So glad I used Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections! I was buying a house in Maitland and needed Pre-Purchase inspections. Mal was highly recommended to me as his Thermal Imaging Camera is one of the best and since I was buying an older house I wanted the inspection to be thorough. Unfortunately, his camera picked up a water leak in the main bathroom and there was also termite damage in an area under the house. I didn’t end up purchasing that property, and I’m still looking, but I will definitely be giving Mal a call once I find another one.
