I have used Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections a couple of times now on properties that I have been looking at buying in Lambton and Charlestown. Each time Mal has been very helpful – giving me a quick verbal over the phone once he had completed both the Pest and Building inspections and offering advice. The reports were emailed the day after the inspection, were easy to read and included colour photos. I’ve been very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and will gladly recommend him to anyone buying property!
