I met Mal through a friend who was a Real Estate agent a couple of years ago. My friend didn’t really recommend Mal to people buying property off him but since I was a friend buying a house through another agent, he said Mal was the man to get. I can see why agents don’t recommend him. He found absolutely every little (and big) thing that was wrong with the house I was buying! Don’t get me wrong – this isn’t a bad thing (unless you are the one selling the house). I thought it was great! I would want to know what was wrong beforehand so I can make an informed decision about the house I was intending on buying. I liked the addition of the photos and Mal also told me I could call him if I didn’t understand anything. He was a great help, and I would recommend him to everyone buying a house!
