I recently looked at a house in Speers Point I was interested in purchasing so proceeded to get a Pest and Building Inspection completed. Mal Wright was recommended to me by a colleague who had previously used him and was very happy with his reports so I gave him a call. The booking process was very easy and his staff followed up with the agent to make sure they could get in there to do the inspection. After that, all I had to do was wait for my reports, which were emailed through to me the day after the inspection! A few days later I had a hard copy in the mail as well.
