Thank you for the intensive and informative reports on the pest and building, the intense pest report had initially somewhat alarmed my son into wether he should continue with the purchase of the property, however after going over the report with him I have partially convinced him that if he is to follow a number of your suggestions he and his partner should be able to manage any potential future Termite issues as they arise.
I would also like to note that my sons Conveyance Solicitor was impressed as to the level of detail involved in both the pest and building reports, he had originally offered to find us an Inspector as we are not local of that area. After reading your reports he conceded he could most likely not have gotten my son a report of such detail.
