Mal recently completed a Pest and Building Inspection for me on a property I was looking at in Kurri Kurri. It was an older house and I really wanted to make sure there were no major defects before I bought it. I’m glad I had Mal do the inspection as he really went over the house completely and even though there were a few minor defects (as I expected) I was very happy and went ahead with the purchase. Yes, it needs a bit of fixing up but I know exactly what needs to be done thanks to the reports! Job well done Mal. Thank you.
