My brother-in-law told me to get Mal Wright to do the Pest and Building Inspections on a property I was buying with my partner. He had previously used Mal and was very pleased as Mal had found termite damage which the vendor hadn’t disclosed.
I initially phoned Mal to check on his availability and was lucky enough that he had 3 availabilities left for that week so I booked one on the spot.
Once Mal had completed the inspection, I got the reports the next day via email. It took me a while to read through them (quite comprehensive, but easy to understand). There was nothing bed that stood out so that was great, but I did have a few questions as we wanted to renovate some areas. Mal was more than happy to chat on the phone and was able to answer the questions I had.
I can see why my brother-in-law was so stoked – Mal was a wealth of information. I’m glad he did our inspections as I know I’ve got nothing to worry about.
