I was referred to Mal Wright from another Pest and Building Inspector who couldn’t perform the inspections in time for my cooling off period. Mal was also booked but he squeezed in my inspection on a weekend so I’d have the reports ready for Monday morning for my Conveyancer.
It was a nervous wait over the weekend to get the reports and make sure everything was ok. Mal had emailed the reports directly to my Conveyancer so I didn’t need to which was fabulous as it gave me more time to sit down and read through them before my appointment and get together any questions I had for her. I also gave Mal a quick call after I had read them just to confirm a couple of things. He was more than obliging to talk over the phone and give me some direction which helped a lot.
