I sold my house in Nelson Bay and was looking at another property in Soldiers Point. Mal Wright was highly recommended to me to by a friend & so I googled his business to check him out. I was pretty happy with everything I read on his website and booking online was the easiest option for me. An email confirmed my booking and from there they handled everything. The reports came the day after the inspection and also went to my Solicitor. They had colour photos and descriptions so it was easy to understand. I also liked that there were suggestions on who to contact to fix the issues. I will be passing on Mal’s details in the future to anyone purchasing property.
