I was so stressed about looking at houses and buying and all the money involved that I left it up to a friend of mine to find a Pest and Building Inspector. He works in Real Estate and he didn’t even have to think about who he was going to recommend – ‘Mal Wright is the only one’ he said, so I asked him to book it in for me. Within a couple of days, I had my inspection completed and the reports emailed to me. There were a few things I noted after reading them that I didn’t quite understand, but Mal was happy to discuss the report over the phone with me and I’m so glad he did!
