So many agent reports on the marked that seem to be tick and flick, I searched the internet and came across Mal Wright Building and Pest inspections Newcastle and Central Coast. The report I received was very informative with pictures and the amount of major defects found was unbelievable compared to the agents report this is not fair to the Purchaser, word of advice obtain your own Building and Pest.
