Mal did an inspection for me at a house I was buying in Charlestown. He was very professional, everything went smoothly and my reports were pretty easy to follow. He followed up with a phone call to make sure I understood everything too, which gave me the opportunity to pick his brains about a couple of things. Considering the length of the report and the number of items included in it, he must have spent a fair amount of time at the house going over it with a fine-tooth comb! I would tell anyone buying a house to get Mal Wright in to do your pre-purchase inspections. Money well spent in my opinion.
