I use Mal because he is capable, direct and professional. He has helped me make informed decisions about what houses to buy that has saved me dollars, in fact real dollars. The thermal camera he uses images many materials to expose termites and moisture issues that are typically glossed over by real estate agents who typically focussed on the sale rather than the transfer of risk from vendor to purchaser. I have used Mal for three inspections and if the need arises I would call him first every time. For the service charge, the pest and building reports are gold, pure and simple.
