My partner and I were buying a house in Corlette. He has lots of friends who are tradies so asked around for the best Pest and Building Inspector. Mal Wright’s name came up quite a few times. We were happy with our friend’s recommendations, so booked our inspections online. We secured an inspection time later that same week and emailed through a list of concerns we had with the property.
When we received our reports the day after the inspection, all our questions had been answered and other defects he had picked up whilst there were also included. They were such comprehensive reports, yet they weren’t difficult to read. After reading the reports we approached the Real Estate agent and negotiated an amount off the asking price using the reports. Only a small win, but everything counts!
