Thanks to Mal from Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections for the prompt inspection and reports provided on a property in Metford. We were in a ‘race to the finish line’ to get inspections done and an offer accepted before another potential buyer came in. Mal offered to complete the inspections on a weekend so we would have them first thing Monday morning. He also gave us a call after he had completed the inspection to keep us updated. We are very thankful that he went above and beyond and would recommend him to everyone.
