Thank you Mal! Your hard work on producing the Pest and Building reports for the 110 year old property we were looking at is so very much appreciated. We know we had to wait a little longer for our reports than usual and considering the amount of time you spent at the property we totally understand. They certainly were a book to read when we received them. Your reports have helped so much us in regards to understanding what we need to look at moving forward in regards to renovations. It’s certainly going to be a big project, but once we are finished it will be glorious. We will keep you updated!
