We have asked Mal on several occasions to conduct our pre purchase building and pest inspections. We would simply only use Mal. Mal is professional, knowledgeable and most importantly extremely honest. We recently were about to purchase a home with some issues and if not for Mal and his advice we would have lost thousands of dollars. Thanks Mal. Highly recommended. Do not use anybody else.
