I initially phoned Mal for some advice on who I should get for a Pest Treatment as he’d previously done Pest Inspections for us at our rental property in Medowie and got chatting about one of my other properties that I was maybe going to sell. He mentioned that he did Vendor Reports which were basically a Pest and Building Inspection for people wanting to sell so they could either have the report there ready for potential purchasers or use it as a guide to what needed fixing before selling. I thought about this for a couple of weeks and decided to book an inspection in, just to see what I needed to have done ready to sell. As I expected, Mal’s reports were thorough and when I spoke to him on the phone he had some great advice and insight on what I should prioritise. We will wait until our current tenants move out and then take the time to fix the issues and put it on the market. Mal was a great help and I would recommend his business to anyone.
