I have had Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections look at 2 different properties for us in the Cessnock area. The first property Mal went to complete the Pest and Building Inspection but could not get into the subfloor of the property as there was no access. The Real Estate arranged to have a door installed and Mal returned to finish the inspection a few days later only to find there was Termite activity. I didn’t go ahead with purchasing that one but luckily the second property I looked at a few weeks later, the inspection went a lot smoother. I was very pleased with the reports that were produced (for both properties) and the professionalism that Mal has. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Mal’s services again as it has been extremely beneficial.
