The most worthwhile investment.  Mal's quality and detailed reports supersede all others I have seen before. His service and feedback was prompt and of the highest standard.  His report ended up saving us from making a very costly mistake due to the issues he uncovered.  He will be our future builder for building and pest reports.   Regards,
