My husband and I met Mal when he was performing a Pest and Building Inspection on our house for the people purchasing it. We were impressed with his work ethic and how polite he was. He was certainly thorough with his inspection and we knew we needed to get them done at the property we were moving to, so we asked him before he left if we could book inspections through him. He took our number and said his secretary would call us soon. Less than 10 minutes after our conversation, his secretary called to book us in! Great service! She explained that we would have our reports the day after the inspections were done and took all our details. Easy! As promised, our reports were emailed the day after and they were very informative. We feel lucky to have met Mal and used his business. We have spoken to several people since then and they’ve all said how good his reports were.
