We recently attended an open house in Minmi where the Real Estate had provided Pest and Building reports. We had a read through them whilst there and found there were no problems listed. We were a little hesitant using their provided reports and so decided to have our own done with Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections. We are soooooo glad we did. Mal found around 12 defects just inside the house, plus there were more outside! We were a bit shocked that they could have ‘overlooked’ that many. Just goes to show you should always get your own independent inspections done, unless the ones provided are from Mal Wright!
