My experiences with Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections has been great. I have used their services on a few occasions now for both Pest and Building Inspections and a Special Purpose Inspection as well. I had Mal complete inspections for me when I was buying 2 different properties. Both were older residences and I found Mal’s attention to detail was excellent. A third property which I had been renting out was in need of an inspection after the tenant discovered mould in a wardrobe. Mal was able to investigate the cause and gave me sound advice and suggestions on what needed to be done to remedy the problem. His help has been invaluable and he has been professional every time I have dealt with him.
