I was buying a house in Bolwarra and needed a Pest and Building Inspection done, so I googled…… There were quite a few. Mal Wright stood out though when I looked at the website. I was drawn in by the use of Thermal Imaging (some companies charged extra for this) and the simple fact that he is FULLY INSURED. I had to wait a few days for my inspection to be completed but I’m glad I did. The reports were comprehensive, included photos and details of defects. I also received them the next day via email and a copy in the mail in less than a week. I’m impressed. I’m hoping to use Mal’s services again in the future, but will highly recommend him to everyone in the meantime.
