Mal Wright completed a Handover inspection on our new home in Gillieston Heights. We weren’t happy with the way a few things had been finished and the builder actually told us that they were fine. We spoke to a few people who told us we had every right to get an independent inspection done. The builder very reluctantly let the inspection go ahead and what a surprise we got when Mal picked up several other defects that we had no idea about. The builder has so far tried to palm us off and we have had to approach his supervisor to get the items fixed. Luckily we have everything in our reports and we are so grateful we had the inspection done. Thanks Mal.
