I met Mal a couple of years ago when he did a Pest and Building Inspection on a house I was renting and the owners were selling. He spent quite a bit of time going through the house, taking photos, writing stuff down and at the time I thought ‘wow, what a waste of my time’ (having to be at home to let him in). That was until I was looking at buying. Mal had left me a business card that day and I’d shoved it in a kitchen drawer and forgotten about it. I rummaged around for maybe 10 minutes and found it! I gave him a call to see if he was still doing inspections and he was! Being a first home buyer, I was a bit nervous with the whole process but Mal explained what happened and so I booked it in. The reports were surprisingly easy to read and they’d emailed them to my Conveyancer as well. I called an spoke to Mal and covered a couple of things that I didn’t understand and he totally put my mind at ease. He was so helpful and genuine. I’d definitely use his business again – and so should everyone else!
