Mal did Pest and Building Inspections on my house last year for a buyer when I was selling and I was impressed (and a little worried) about how much time he spent doing them. It all went as planned, only a few defects and I could get a handyman on the job once I moved in. The vendors even agreed to a long settlement so I could finish my holiday.
