From the first phone call to Mal he provided a professional service and made everything so easy. Mal had our inspection well underway on our arrival at the property and ensured he introduced himself to us. He took the time to explain any potential issues and to show us any problem areas and he was extremely polite and professional. Our reports were emailed to us the following day and Mal had said to call him if there were any other questions.
