I met Mal when he came and did Pest and Building Inspections at a house I was renting that was for sale. I took notice of how long he was there, the things he looked at and was quite amazed at how much he wrote down (the house was fairly new so not a lot wrong with it). I asked for his business card once he was completed as I was eventually going to buy a place of my own.
12 months later as I was looking at properties I remembered and hoped he was still inspecting. A quick google search confirmed he was and once I found ‘the one’ I booked the inspections online. I also added a few questions about a couple of areas I wanted him to pay particular attention to.
My inspections were booked and completed within a few days and the day afterwards I received the reports via email. The questions I had asked at the time of booking were answered clearly. The reports covered everything about the property and were pretty thorough.
I’m glad I came across Mal Wright and had him do the inspections. He has helped me immensely and the reports have helped me understand what I will need to prioritise in maintenance.
