I had called a few Building Inspectors before I phoned Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections. I was trying to get inspections completed before the end of the week (it was a Monday) and was having trouble getting anyone who could complete them in time. Mal had one appointment left on the Friday and could give me a call after he had finished. I grabbed it. His office then called me on Wednesday to say they’d had someone postpone their inspections and they could bring mine forward and complete it that day. Even better! Mal still phoned me afterwards but I had the reports emailed the next day and my Conveyancer also had a copy to look over. I was pleased they had thought of me and offered to do my inspection earlier than planned. What a great system they have in place. From now on, I will be passing on Mal’s details to anyone needing inspections.
