I’ve bought and sold several properties over the years as investments and each property I purchase I have used a Pest and Building Inspector. I think it’s important to find out if there’s any hidden surprises before you buy the property! I’ve used many different companies to do them, depending on the area, but after buying recently in Jesmond and getting Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections in – I won’t use anyone else! His reports were by far more in-depth and not just a quick yes/no type of answer. He went well beyond what I thought was the ‘norm’ for inspections and I’m impressed. I’m hoping to buy another property in the next 12 months and Mal’s phone number will be saved ready to call and book.
