Mal did a handover inspection for me about 9 years ago when I built a new house in Newcastle. His name always stuck in my mind (having the same name helped) so when I was buying another property in Nelson Bay, I knew who to call to get my inspections done again.
The reports I received this time around were even more thorough than the first time (if that’s possible?). I was very impressed and although he only found a few defects, I felt the report was a great help so we know what to look out for when we go to do repairs.
