I purchased a house in beautiful Nelson Bay and Mal Wright went and completed the Pest and Building Inspections. I’d had Mal do inspections for me years ago when I bought a house in Newcastle, so I knew what to expect. He was still just as thorough and I received an emailed copy as well as a printed copy of the reports! A couple of days after I’d had time to read the reports, I phoned Mal and picked his brain over a few things. He took the time to explain things and was very polite. I can’t recommend his services enough! He should be the first person you call if you buy a house.
