After much online research I booked my Pre-Purchase Inspections with Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections. The house I was buying in Maitland wasn’t new so I wanted someone who would be very particular. Mal certainly delivered! He found quite a few things that needed repairs and also reported on the roof space and subfloor (which I wasn’t able to look at during my inspection of the house). I knew there would be problems and I’m glad I had Mal to cover everything for me. We went ahead with the purchase and knew up front what we needed to do so we budgeted for that. More than happy with Mal’s help and expertise.
