I was purchasing a house in Bolwarra and Mal’s business was highly recommended to me by a friend who had previously used his services. Mal’s office staff took all the details, booked in the inspection and liaised with the Real Estate so I didn’t need to worry about anything. The reports were emailed to me the morning after the inspection and were easy enough for me to read although Mal still phoned and checked that I understood everything. Luckily there were only minor issues with the property that were easily fixed. I will now be passing Mal’s details on as a satisfied customer.
