I had Mal Wright complete a Pest and Building Inspection on a house in Maitland for me about 6 months ago. There were a few things that he had picked up in the inspections that needed to be amended so I went back to the Real Estate agent and asked for them to be fixed. Apparently the Vendors weren’t willing to do the work and saw it as a waste of money for them. I stuck to my guns though and was eventually able to negotiate a better purchase price. I have just had trades come through and repair some things so I am able to move in. I’m so glad I had the inspections done and would highly recommend Mal to anyone.
