I have bought and sold many homes over the years and have read so many inspection reports. I recently purchased a house in Port Stephens however and Mal Wright was recommended to me. After looking at the website and google reviews I was happy with what I saw. I spoke with Mal before the inspection and voiced my concerns and he was going to double check different areas of the house for me whilst he was there. The reports covered the areas I was worried about and more… Plus Mal offered to chat over the phone after I had read the reports in case there was anything I didn’t understand. After all of my dealings with inspectors, he has by far been the most thorough. I will certainly use his services again if I purchase more property and will recommend him to any buyers.
