I purchased a unit in Raymond Terrace and my Conveyancer recommended I get a Building Inspection done. I googled a few Inspectors and narrowed it down before deciding to use Mal Wright as I liked the look of his website and his google reviews were very positive. After speaking with Mal on the phone I knew I had made the right choice.
The booking was easy – Mal’s secretary took all my details and she booked everything in from there. I didn’t have to make any arrangements with the Real Estate or the tenant.
My report was emailed ( as well as a hard copy arriving by mail a few days later). It was easy for me to understand but Mal also phoned to see if I had any further questions. It was great of him to follow up as I was wondering about a couple of things so his advice was appreciated.
