We recently had Mal conduct a Handover inspection for our house in Chisholm. It happened on the same day as PCI, our supervisor said it wasn’t necessary but we wanted an unbiased opinion. We are thankful for the peace of mind that Mal provided. He found a few minor defects that the building company didn’t. We were lucky that there were no major issues but the cost was worth the relief we felt when we knew the house didn’t have any major problems. Mal had our best interests in mind and not the building company which is what we were looking for.
