I had a few people recommend Mal Wright for inspections when I was looking at buying a house in the Bolwarra area. A friend had used him, my Conveyancer said he was very good and I’d had pest spray done at my rental and the pest guy had said he was well known in their industry! So really, it was pretty clear who I needed to use. Once I had my reports I went through the house again with them fresh in my mind. I was surprised at how much they covered. There were also some photos included so I knew exactly what the defect was he had been referring to. Although there was nothing major wrong with the house, it was great to have the reports done as even the little things that need repairs add up. I’m glad I asked around for recommendations.
