We recently had our final walkthrough with our site supervisor before getting the keys. We booked Mal to attend at the same time and he conducted a handover inspection separate to us. We received the report the next day with plenty of defects and pictures for us to pass onto our supervisor. These items will be getting fixed before we take possession of the property. We are glad we engaged Mal’s services, he was prompt and thorough. The whole process was very smooth and stress free.
