I rent a property out through a Real Estate Agency in Maitland and the tenants had noticed a few problems at the property. The real estate suggested getting a Defects Inspection done so we could pinpoint what was wrong. I was impressed with how thorough Mal’s report was and he actually picked up on quite a few minor problems. It has been a great tool to help us keep the maintenance up to date. We are considering having inspections done at regular intervals with Mal Wright to make sure we stay on top of it.
