I was apprehensive about having a Handover Building Report done on my new house in Aberglasslyn, however, a friend of mine recommended Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections to me. I decided to get the report done at the last minute and was very fortunate that Mal was able to schedule in an inspection of my new house within the week. He responded to my emails and phone calls efficiently and answered my questions. On the day the inspection he was prompt and was friendly throughout the time he was there. He also let me know of some issues that he found which I really liked as well. When I received the report the next day nothing was a surprise. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
