I have had Pest and Building Inspections completed by other inspectors before but I was impressed by Mal Wright. He spent a good amount of time looking over the property I was purchasing with my wife in Maitland. He got underneath the house, into the roof space, looked through all the rooms and checked out the sheds in the back yard. His reports were emailed to us the next day! They were informative, had colour photos and pointed out the defects that he had found. He also phoned me at a later time to make sure I understood everything.
