I work in a Real Estate office and was purchasing my own home so asked a few different agents who they had used for Pest and Building Inspections. All of them said Mal Wright. Most of them said they don’t recommend him to potential purchasers though as he is very thorough. I was able to book in an inspection for the same week and very eager to get my reports to make a final decision. It’s so hard waiting to find out what the verdict is!! Very suspenseful. I was lucky though and there were only minor defects found so most were an easy fix. My offer was accepted and now I am waiting to move….more suspense (although there is lots to do!).
