I took advantage of Mal’s lower prices during the COVID-19 pandemic and I was not disappointed. I had pre-purchase Pest and Building Inspections done at a property in Aberglasslyn. I had wanted to meet Mal at the property but due to the restrictions in place I wasn’t allowed to so Mal offered to call me once the inspection was completed and go over anything he thought was of concern. The reports were of a very high standard and covered everything about the house. We opted to not have printed copies sent out via the post as well just in case anything spread via the mail. Mal was very professional and he is definitely worth more money! I can highly recommend him and would use him again in a heartbeat.
