I recently enlisted Mal from Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections to conduct a Pre-Purchase Pest and Building Inspection on a property I was looking at in Mayfield and I was super impressed with the service that he provided. Mal was very easy to deal with, he was extremely professional and thorough in conducting the inspection, and he provided a very clear and comprehensive detailed written appraisal of the property. He was also extremely knowledgeable regarding some minor and major structural defects on the property. Post-inspection, I had a couple of questions to ask regarding the property, and he was only too willing and obliging to take my call and assist me with my questions. I will continue to use Mal’s services, and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends – or anyone else – to conduct a Building and/or Pest Inspection for them.
