I was recently looking at purchasing a property in Rutherford and my Conveyancer suggested getting a Pre-Purchase Pest and Building Inspection completed. Mal picked up on the little things, but also got into the roof and checked everything out in there, as well as looking at the condition of fences, sheds and the carport.
